My review is for Fyly and Samboat. We booked an early check in for the boat for2:00. So we arrived on the island via ferry. We were not informed until 12:00 that the original boat we booked was not available, and that they were bringing a boat from another island. I understand stuff happens and you have to go with it.
So we sat and waited. We were not able to get on the boat until 6:30. Contract stated 5:00 for normal check in. I emailed samboat and informed them of this and asked for them to help sort out. Their response was, well im sure they didn't charge you for early check in... unbelievable.
Also had ordered fishing rod. Didn't make it and they had none.
The boat we ordered months in advance was an owners edition which had bigger bedrooms and a full size fridge. The boat we received had neither. Bathrooms were dirty.
I had hired samboat as a broker to alleviate problems. I will never use them again if they do not assist in matters like this.
