I'm not satisfied at all - the contract that must be signed upon arrival has numerous constraints and conditions that go well beyond the usual conditions - "charter pack" €400 (cleaning...) can only be paid in cash - on the second day the engine of the annex broke down... the rental company had given us a tank of gasoline with a 2-stroke mixture while the engine he had provided us was a 4-stroke; we received no compensation! - at the end of the stay the rental company told us that they had asked the local emergency services to send a patrol to monitor the boat because there was 25 knots of wind and the boat was not in port! the boat was at anchor, in a highly protected recommended location, anchored according to the rules of the art (55 m chain for 8 m depth and avoidance radius). the intervention of the patrol was on his initiative, but he charged us the amount of the intervention, almost €300: it’s scandalous

je ne suis pas du tout satisfait - le contrat qu'il faut signer à l'arrivée a de nombreuses contraintes et conditions qui vont bien au delà des conditions habituelles - "charter pack" 400 € (nettoyage ...) ne peut être payé qu'en liquide - dès le second jour le moteur de l'annexe est tombé en panne ... le loueur nous avait donné un réservoir d'essence avec du mélange 2 temps alors que le moteur qu'il nous avait fourni était un 4 temps; nous n'avons eu aucun dédommagement ! - la fin du séjour le loueur nous dit avoir demandé aux services de secours locaux d'envoyer une patrouille pour surveiller le bateau parce qu'il y avait 25 noeuds de vent et que le bateau n'était pas au port ! le bateau était au mouillage, dans un endroit conseillé très protégé, mouillé dans les règles de l'art (55 m chaine pour 8 m de fond et rayon d'évitement). l'intervention de la patrouille était à son initiative, mais il nous a facturé le montant de l'intervention soit près 300 € : c'est scandaleux

une belle navigation sur un catamaran tout confort entre Gomera, Tenerife et Gran Canaria

Bateau de 3 ans en état moyen winchs jamais graissés, voiles et bimini fatigués, annexe percée loueur suspicieux check in et out interminables pas de sanitaires proches demande de rejeter les eaux noires du samedi dans le port flicage complet du bateau: dépasser 2200tr: 300€ 2800tr 3000€ tout est enregistré liste à signer du coût de ce qui peut être perdu, cassé ou non réalisé loueur à éviter

Equipe très dévouée et professionnelle, ils travaillent beaucoup, et font le maximum pour vous fournir un bateau correct. Ils nous ont alerté sur un phénomène orageux brutal, nous avons apprécié. Ils ont été tolérants sur les petits incidents matériels sur le voilier, courants après une croisière de 2 semaines. Je les recommande vivement. Un regret : pas de sanitaires au port (wc, douches, etc...)

Alquilamos el Nord-Star del 23/06/21 al 27/06/21, el barco estaba limpio, los baños funcionan bien, la cocina equipada y preparada para pasar los días contratados. Es un barco con buena habitabilidad, fácil de llevar y que navega bien. Anastasia y Leo nos hicieron el check-in y nos explicaron el funcionamiento del barco con todo detalle. Muchas gracias por todo!!
