noi abbiamo detto di chiedere rimborso all' agenzia .. la richiesta di cancellazione va fatta da voi ... non ci avete neanche scritto per farci sapere cosa si era riuscito a concludere con il rimborso ... i vostri pagamenti a noi non arrivano nello stesso momento in cui voi andate a pagare ... quindi li controlliamo dopo tempo...perche non avete fatto richiesta all'agenzia cosi come abbiamo vi abbiamo scritto ?

ci scusiamo per il ritardo , avete ragione , abbiamo lavorate con le barche sui carrelli , perchè in acqua il nostro comune non ci permette di offrire un giusto servizio per i turisti , la colpa è dell'organizzazione comunale , il ritardo può verificarsi da parte nostra ma facciamo comunque recuperare il tempo che abbiamo fatto ritardo ...speriamo il prima possibile che il comune di Fasano possa dare interesse a offrire un giusto servizio ai turisti che comunque pagano la tassa di soggiorno e noi attività che paghiamo le tasse e vorremmo pagare anche il demanio ,cosi ci aiutano anche nelle recensioni a far prendere qualche stella in più.. vi ringraziamo e speriamo che ritornate a trovarci. grazie
