Hello Nabil, we are sorry that you have not understood the fuel issue correctly. In the advertisement we clearly see that fuel is not included in the rental. Normally we do a route where we are not sailing all the time, but we also had to return to port in the middle of the navigation to look for guests that you have requested. Likewise, during check-in we were informed that consumption could reach 400 LITERS, and that the amount would be deducted from the deposit. Regarding the rooms, they are not available on day charter. They can be used to rest if necessary, but not for "private" use. We did not have details of what you expected since on day charters no one ever asks to use cabins. If we had known earlier we would have found a solution or declined the request.

Hola Nabil, lamentamos que no hayas entendido bien el tema del combustible. En el anuncio tenemos claramente que el combustible no está incluido en el alquiler. Normalmente hacemos una ruta donde no estamos navegando todo el tiempo, pero también tuvimos que volver a puerto a la mitad de la navegación para buscar invitados que has solicitado. Asimismo, durante el check-in hemos informado que el consumo podría llegar a los 400 LITROS, y que el importe sería deducido de la fianza. Respecto a las habitaciones, no están disponibles en day charter. Se pueden usar para descansar en caso de tener necesidad, pero no para uso "privado". No teníamos detalle de lo que os esperabais ya que en day charter nunca nadie pide utilzar camarotes. De haberlo sabido antes hubiésemos encontrado una solución o hubiéramos declinado la solicitud.
