Boat was as described and in good order (even had life jackets - not a given in some places); I prefer a kill cord that goes round your leg but at least we had one. Support on the day was friendly and competent, communication up front was ok but notification on where to meet didn’t come until the day before so could cause some to worry unnecessarily.
