Security deposit management
Management of the deposit: Managed directly by the owner
The owner has chosen to manage the deposit directly during the rental. Do not pay any deposit before seeing the boat and the owner.

Cancellation Policy: Personalised
The Renter has the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally, provided that it notifies us 90 days before the
Travel Date at the latest. If The Renter wishes to terminate the Agreement unilaterally less than 90 days before, the termination
date;
75% of the down payment if it is 89 to 69 days before the sailing date,
If it is 68 to 31 days before the sailing date, 100% of the down payment and
If within 30 to 0 days from the Travel Date; 100% of the total rental price is collected from the Renter.
