The team was very attentive, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond whenever we had any questions. Our skipper, Juan Carlos, was extremely professional and made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole trip. We really appreciated how welcoming and friendly he was. As a lovely extra touch, they even surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco! One small tip: make sure to arrive a little early, as it can take some time to find a parking spot. On top we could not use air conditioning because all cabins immediately smelled like petrol/gasoline mixture after switching it on.We offered to return the boat for imspection to the origin harbour (confirmed to send a mechanic) but nobody showed up to take care of the issues within 3 days waiting. The ship is in lousy condition, backlog in maintaning it everywhere (both outboard engines asked for a maintainace permanently, the bilge was filled to the very top with oily water, etc). When handing it over at the end the owner did not intend to fill out a protocol (‚we do not need it‘). After insisting on a common procedure he at least he took pen&paper and wrote down that we‘ll get back our deposit.Asking for a credit due to all bad circumstances we received the answer that they first need to check how much they will need to pay for repair and maintainance. JustText automatically translatedWe had an absolutely amazing day on the catamaran with Jani and Tanja! The boat is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. We stopped in a gorgeous bay near Anfi del Mar, where we could swim, snorkel and use the SUP boards and inflatables. There are even two speakers on board so you can play your own music. Tanja took wonderful care of us with drinks and a delicious lunch, while Jani was a fantastic skipper. Together they told us about the beautiful places along the coast. On the way back we stopped in another lovely bay for more snorkelling. Jani and Tanja are incredibly warm and kind people with a real passion for sailing. The whole trip felt relaxed, personal and special. Definitely one of the highlights of our holiday! We will absolutely book again when we return to Gran Canaria.
