The skipper we had, Joaquín, was very pleasant and arranged a place for us to stay despite his short stay on the island. The boat is owned by a charter company. The route was fine, but the food and drinks were subpar: 2-liter bottles, rice salad, breaded chicken nuggets, and watermelon and pineapple for dessert. I'd see it as more logical to promote Menorcan products, especially considering the price.
