Donatella has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met! She went above and beyond to ensure our whole day was perfect. When our car rental broke down, she went as far as picking us up from the station herself, which was so thoughtful. The boat itself was perfect for a family day out—spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had an amazing time, and it's clear that Donatella truly cares about her guests. She is a super host who also assisted us with dinner reservations and any questions we had about the lake and the boat. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way!

Alessio was great at communication and punctuality. He explained how easy the boat was to drive and made us feel relaxed. The boat was in very good working order and we had a wonderful day out. The only surprise was that 4 hours of fuel cost €60, something to factor in for next time!
