Her sleek look belies her spacious interior accommodation which offers two private cabins each with two singles or one double berth. She has a large saloon and a deep, safe cockpit. The combination of exemplary seagoing qualities and her effortless handling make this a very popular family yacht. Equipment includes a fully battened mainsail, furling genoa, GPS, two burner hob, oven and grill, refrigerated cool box, hot/cold pressurised water system, stereo radio/cd/mp3, shower, electric windlass, propeller stripper and as with all our yachts she is fitted with a warm air heating system. She has had all her internal woodwork stripped and lovingly revarnished and the entire boat has been re-upholstered. She has also had all new Lewmar self tailing 2 speed winches fitted. The mainsail and genoa have been recently replaced and at the same time a stak-pack and lazy jacks have been added making this lovely yacht an absolute breeze to handle. The baby of the fleet and an incredibly popular yacht. She is deservedly the ‘star of the show’ on the front cover of the new Imray Kintyre to Ardnamurchan pilot book!! True Blue is our only tiller steered yacht. She has recently been fitted with brand new Raymarine Wind / Speed / Depth instruments, new cooker 2024, a Volvo D1-30 diesel engine – much quieter, more fuel efficient and more powerful – fast battery charging and plenty of hot water. 50% more powerful than the original Volvo 2020 and she will give effortless cruising under power and real authority astern. Over the winter of 2021/2 she was fitted with a larger diesel tank with a gauge. NOTE Charter with skipper is possible, the price is £1,250 for the week. The Skipper is to have their own cabin and all meals whilst on board. We do not employ the skippers - they are self employed and once confirmed we will make introductions and then the client will deal with the skipper direct on all matters including payment.
