Now you can rent our cosy Shani and experience the archipelago for real by your own sailboat. Shani is a Maxi 77, designed by the iconic Swedish sail racer and boat designer Pelle Petterson. The Maxi 77 is the perfect size for Stockholm's archipelago, with a draft of only 1.5m, you can get in amongst hidden nooks and crannies as well as easily find a spot in any of the picturesque island restaurants and guest harbours to enjoy the culture, cuisine and fun parties. Shani is easy to maneuver and is appreciated by both experienced sailors and beginners. There are 4 berths and a convenient galley to cook in. Enjoy breakfast & dinner either at the cockpit table in the sunshine or in candle light in the cabin. In case of rain, you can double the living space by putting up the "supstagan", the canopy over the cockpit. There are several USB and 12-volt sockets for charging mobile phones and tablets. Please note, there are no navigational lights on the boat or anchor light so the boat is not equipped for night sailing. Late summer sailing in the archipelago for full sails without crowds is an unforgettable experience and you can enjoy any of the free saunas provided by the archipelago foundation.
