If you wish to cancel your rental, go to the relevant reservation on your account on our platform.
Click on the button "Request a cancellation", choose a reason and add a message for our team in charge of cancellations. This message will be seen by the client in SamBoat's chat.
You and the client will then receive an automatic email from the cancellation team, you can give them more information by replying to the email. The cancellation team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Depending on the reason, cancellation fees may apply.
The cancellation has to be requested before the end of the day of your booking. In case the boat is booked for several days, the cancellation request has to be made before the end of the first day of the booking.
Past this delay, we cannot guarantee to be able to manage a cancellation, so make sure to send the cancellation request as soon as the booking is cancelled or isn't taking place as planned.
