I had a reservation for 3:00 PM, and we were looking for the boat from 2:50 PM... we couldn't find it until 3:10 PM. Then there's the paperwork, including the deposit and the explanation of how to navigate and enter and exit the port, which takes half an hour. In total, we left the port at 3:45 PM, almost an hour later. You lose that entire hour; they make you honor the reservation even though they waste an hour trying to find the person handling the reservation, filling out the deposit form, and then giving you instructions. In conclusion, they should either tell customers to arrive at least 30 minutes earlier or wait for them at the main entrance, because it's your money you're losing, since they adhere to the reservation schedule.

Todo bien un poco en General, pero creo que deberían esperar a los clientes en la entrada y no en la propia puerta donde se encuentra la embarcacion. el puerto es enorme y ellos lo conocen el puerto a la perfección pero los clientes no , tenía reservado a las 15 h . y estuvimos desde las 14:50 buscando el barco ... no pudimos encontrar la embarcacion hasta lass 15:10 luego hay que rellenar tema de documentación entre fianza y que luego te explica cómo hay que navegar y como salir y entrar al puerto se lleva media hora . total salimos a las 15:45 del puerto casi 1h . la cual la pierdes en totalidad te hacen cumplir la reserva integra aunque te hacen perder 1h entre que encuentras la persona que lleva el tema de la reserva y entre que rellenas la fianza y luego te dan indicaciones. en conclusión deberían o decir al cliente que llegue 30 minutos antes Mínimo o esperar a los clientes en la entrada principal, porque es tú dinero el que pierdes, ya que ellos se rigen al horario de reserva.

Fijne middag gehad! Alles goed geregeld en volgens afspraak. Boot zag er precies uit als op de foto’s met vooraf duidelijke instructies en Marcos stond ons keurig op tijd op te wachten; zowel bij aankomst in de haven als bij het terugbrengen van de boot. Kortom betrouwbaar en zeker een aanrader!
