Cancellation Policy:

1. In case of cancellation of the contract by the charterer not later than 45 days prior to the departure
date, 50 % of the initial payment will be refunded.
2. No refund will be made in case of a shorter notice.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, threat of war, civil unrest, riots, terrorist activities, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, fires), adverse weather conditions, port authority restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
In the event that a war is declared in the Republic of Türkiye or the Republic of Türkiye becomes involved in an ongoing war, or in any other force majeure situation that directly affects the charter operation, the cancellation, postponement, and refund conditions of the reservation shall be mutually reviewed and agreed upon by both parties.
Where possible, alternative dates or solutions may be offered. If no agreement can be reached, the applicable terms shall be determined in good faith, taking into account the circumstances at the time.
Excluding SamBoat service fees. The refund of these depend on the reason and are at the discretion of the platform.
