Vriendelijke jongens, ze legden alles heel goed uit! Minpuntje was dat de spanbanden voor het schuifdak (waar we minstens twee keer om hadden gevraagd) ontbraken, waardoor we kilometers terug moesten rijden. Ze waren niet erg proactief in het oplossen van het probleem (ze belden ons niet terug zoals beloofd).
Uiteindelijk boden ze ons korting op de brandstof aan omdat we terug moesten rijden.
Al met al een hele fijne ervaring.
Friendly guys, they explained everything very well! Minus one because the straps for the sunroof (which we asked minimum two times for) were missing so we had to drive back several kilometers. For solving the problem they were not very proactive (they didn’t call us back as promised).
At the end they offered us a discount on the fuel because we had to drive back.
Overall anyway a very nice experience.
