La location s’est bien passée mais le bateau n’avait pas d’échelle de bain il était très difficile de remonter à bord après s’être baigner C’est un pb à régler rapidement

Je suis désolé pour ce désagrément, l’échelle devait être remplacée le matin de la location. L’équipe sur place vous a demandé si cela vous avez dérangé durant la location cela ne semblait pas le cas. En tout cas le désagrément était la prochaine fois je vous ferais une ristourne.
