The tenant has the right to withdraw from this contract at any time after its conclusion, without providing a reason, either in person, by phone, or through written or electronic notification to the landlord. The contract is cancelled at the moment the landlord receives such notification.
Upon withdrawal from the contract, the tenant is obligated to pay cancellation fees to the landlord according to the following rules:
a) 0% if the withdrawal occurs 60 or more days before the boarding date (no cancellation fees apply).
b) 50% of the total rental amount if the withdrawal occurs between 59 and 15 calendar days before the boarding date, along with a 25% discount (voucher) for renting another term in the same season and type of term.
c) 100% of the total rental amount if the withdrawal occurs 14 or fewer days before the boarding date.
