It was great to be able to see Fort Boyard and the island of Aix in the distance. Special mention for making a stop at the end of the cruise in the Old Port of La Rochelle.

The Gironde estuary is a beautiful navigation area with particular vigilance to be paid to the sandbanks and the rocky plateau of Cordouan depending on the tide. We picnicked on the sandbank of the Cordouan lighthouse. A very nice experience.
L'estuaire de la Gironde est une belle zone de navigation avec une vigilance particulière à apporter aux bancs de sable et au plateau rocheux de Cordouan en fonction de la marée. Nous avons pique niqué sur le banc de sable du phare de Cordouan. Une très belle expérience.
