Beyond the Lion d'Angers, there is no point in continuing navigation on the Oudon. On the Mayenne, a bridge that is too low limits the navigation of larger Tarpon-style boats. Mayenne allows you to discover a large number of villages and small towns as well as numerous castles. All locks are open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a lock keeper present.
