Cancellation Policy: Personalised

A. Charters Paid and Confirmed within 10 days to the Due Date do not apply Penalty Charge if the cancellation is issued with 72 hrs notice. A 24 hrs
cancellation notice will apply a 50% of the Total Charter Cost (TCC) or No Deposit refund and, a less than 24 hrs notice or “No Show” will apply a 100%
of the TCC and no refund will be issued. If a Major Extraordinary Issue is the reason, then a proof might be required so that Nautic L.C. and the client decide
the most convenient solution for both parts best interest, according to each case.
B. Charters Paid and Confirmed within 10 to 30 Days to 6 Months Before Due Date will no be penalized if cancellation notice is up to 10 days prior to
the charter date, Otherwise the Booking Confirmation deposit will not be refunded unless the same boat can be sold or charter to a different party by
or before the originally booked date.
C. Charters Paid and Confirmed within 30 Days to 6 Months Before Due Date will no be penalized if cancellation notice is up to 30 days prior to the
charter date. If the charter is cancelled within 29 days notice a Penalty Charge Percentage of the Total Charter Cost will apply according to the following
scheme: 20% for Fishing Boats, Fishing Yachts, Sailboats and Catamarans, 15% for Casual Yachts and 10% for Sport and Luxury Yachts
D. Holiday & Selected Dates: There will be no refunds for cancelations during long weekends, special holidays, Easter week, and, from December 22nd
through January 7th.
