Your Charter Includes Licensed Captain & Crew Soft Drinks (Cola & Sprite, diet soft-drink not included) Water, Ice & Cool Box Towels Bluetooth Speaker Onboard Etiquette Footwear: Shoes are not permitted on board. A designated storage box will be provided for your footwear to maintain cleanliness. You may wear socks or bring disposable cloth sandals for onboard use if preferred. Pets: Not allowed on board. Boarding Time: Opens 10 minutes prior to your scheduled charter. Children: Guests under 12 years must wear a life vest at all times. Safety & Conduct Swimming: Permitted only until sunset and in designated areas as instructed by the Captain. Flybridge: Jumping from the flybridge is strictly prohibited, even when anchored. Route & Itinerary: Subject to weather conditions and Captain’s discretion for safety. Identification: The organizer must present an original ID card or passport to the Captain, to be held for the duration of the trip. Connectivity Wi-Fi / Internet: Not available on private yachts. Guests are advised to use their personal mobile data connections. Liability & Compliance The organizer must sign a property damage and personal injury disclaimer prior to departure. Music: Not permitted within the Marina Channel area (residential zone). Decorations: Balloon decorations are not allowed in outdoor areas for environmental sustainability. Fire & Safety: Use of inflammable materials or fireworks is strictly prohibited. Any damages caused due to misuse will be the responsibility of the lessee, who must repair or reimburse accordingly. Cancellation & Date Amendment Policy In the rare event that no permit to sail is issued by the Coast Guard, the charter may be rescheduled or fully refunded. (Permits are confirmed daily by 09:00 AM.)
