Wir mussten trotz nachgewiesener Überweisung an Samboat der komplette Charterbetrag bei Bootsübernahme erneut als Kreditkarten Belastung hinterlegen. Es musste weiterhin eine Endreinigung (120,-), Gas (40,-) und Bettzeug 160,-) zusätzlich gezahlt werden, trotz Hinweis im Vertrag mit Samboat, dass nur vor Ort eine Endreinigung zu zahlen ist.
Das Boot war schmutzig und am Heck mit Moos bedeckt. Dort bin ich gestürzt. Eine Übergabe wurde nicht persönlich durchgeführt. Man sollte selber das Protokoll ausfüllen und sich die aufgeführten Sachen im Schiff zusammensuchen!
Die angeschlossene Gasflasche war leer und der Gasherd aufgedreht. Der Wechsel auf die letzte neue Gasflasche war lebensgefährlich, da offensichtlich der Druckminderer defekt war.
In der Base in Flensburg musste der Strom extra nach KWh bezahlt werden. Es mir nicht bekannt, wieviel eine Bavaria 34 Cruiser verbraucht? Ein WLAN Zugang wurde nicht kommuniziert.
Das vorhanden Personal ist an Übergabetage komplett überlastet.
