Sailing Day in Martinique – Sailing, Snorkeling, Fishing & Paradise Anchorages Would you like to discover Martinique from the sea and enjoy a truly different day on the water? As a qualified sailing instructor, I welcome you aboard Namaste, my twin-keel RM 12.60, a fast and comfortable cruising yacht… and one you definitely won’t miss! A genuine work of art has been painted directly onto the boat, giving her a unique personality that certainly stands out at anchor. A day at sea, at your own pace The idea isn’t simply to go for a boat ride, but to enjoy a real day of sailing and discovering Martinique from the sea. Depending on the weather, sailing conditions and what you feel like doing, we’ll explore the coastline under sail and head to beautiful anchorages where we can drop anchor and enjoy the Caribbean waters. Swimming, snorkeling, fishing, lunch at anchor, relaxing in the sun or sailing: the day is tailored to you. Snorkeling in Martinique’s crystal-clear waters Masks, snorkels and fins can be provided on board. Once at anchor, you can jump straight into the water from the boat to explore the underwater world, spot tropical fish and enjoy Martinique’s warm, clear waters. No need to be an experienced diver: everyone can enjoy it at their own pace. How about some fishing? If you’d like, we can also put a line in the water. While sailing, we can try our luck trolling, or enjoy some relaxed fishing once we’re at anchor. And with a little luck, the catch of the day might even end up on the menu! Experience the thrill of a real sailing yacht The RM 12.60 is known for being fast, stable and particularly enjoyable to sail. Her carbon mast, spinnaker and gennaker allow us to make the most of Martinique’s trade winds whenever conditions are right. I am a qualified sailing instructor and will be on board throughout the entire trip. So the choice is yours: sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery… or get involved in the manoeuvres, take the helm and learn more about sailing. The panoramic saloon offers wonderful views of the sea and is also the perfect place to escape the sun when you want a break. And for the atmosphere, Bose speakers inside and outside let you enjoy some music throughout the day. A boat you won’t forget With a huge colourful octopus and turtle painted across her hull, Namaste has a truly unique look. Add Martinique’s scenery, the trade winds, a swim in turquoise water, tropical fish beneath your mask and perhaps even a bite on the fishing line… All that’s left to do is come aboard!
