Effortless Maneuvering for Everyone When designing Miami, we placed special emphasis on making operation as easy as possible. With bow and stern thrusters, a rudder position indicator, an echo sounder, and a powerful 50 HP engine, the houseboat can be maneuvered in all directions—even without prior boating experience. The rear-view camera ensures full visibility at all times. For captains without a boating license, a detailed briefing is provided at the marina, where a charter certificate can be obtained for a fee. Your Floating Holiday Home On 50 m², the houseboat offers: A living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and large sliding doors leading to the front terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas and electric oven. For hot days, air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature, while the central propane heating and winter equipment make the boat cozy even in colder weather. Unwind in the evenings by the fireplace. The shaded rooftop terrace adds an extra 35 m², perfect for sunbathing, sightseeing, and long summer evenings. Spacious Sleeping Areas The houseboat features two bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). A second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. In the salon, a sofa bed provides space for two additional guests. Entertainment & Connectivity A large flat-screen TV in the living area and another in the master bedroom are connected to a high-quality, self-aligning satellite system. You can also connect your own streaming devices (e.g., Amazon Fire Stick, Netflix). All boats are equipped with a Wi-Fi router. The houseboat has a battery system, allowing independent power supply for one night without shore power. Best of all, you can anchor freely and enjoy nature far from the hustle and bustle of marinas. Important: After 24 hours, the battery needs recharging at a marina. Otherwise, critical systems like bow and stern thrusters may fail, making maneuvering difficult. Our tip: Use power wisely to ensure uninterrupted freedom on the water! Additional Amenities Grills, stand-up paddleboards, canoes, electric dinghies, or bicycles can be rented from the harbor master for an additional fee. Pets are welcome on board. Important Notes Clearance height: 3.90 m (with the sunshade extended: 5.45 m). Please retract the sunshade before passing under bridges. Minimum crew requirement: To maneuver, dock, anchor, and pass through locks, at least three adults (or two adults + one capable teenager) are required.
