Worst experience I have ever had! Ammos Yachting is an absolute scam. The boat was not well maintained, despite being new, but the worst part is that the skipper was nice but incompetent. He lost a fender because he was sailing without them up (and with knots that seemed inadequate), he hit another boat, and worst of all, he was drinking in industrial quantities before sailing, and he smoked marijuana. When we informed SamBoat and the owner of these problems, they completely threw it in our faces, saying it was our fault. Neither Samboat nor Ammos Yachting took responsibility. Worst of all, on the day of departure they wanted us to sign that WE had caused the damage, and when I refused, they tried to block the taxi by shouting "then you stay in Greece and we won't let you leave!" They basically tried to hold us hostage. Crazy indeed.
La peggiore esperienza che abbia mai fatto! Ammos Yacthing e' uno scam assoluto. La barca non era ben mantenuta, nonstante essere nuova, ma la cosa peggiore e' che lo skipper era simpatico ma incompetente. Ha perso un parabordo perche' navigava senza averli alzati (e con nodi che sembravano inadeguati), ha colpito un'altra barca, e cosa peggiore, beveva in quantita' industriali prima della navigazione, e fumava marijuana. Quando abbiamo informato la SamBoat e l'armatore di questi problemi, ce li hanno completamente rinfacciati dicendo che era colpa nostra. Ne' la Samboat ne Ammos Yacthing si sono presi responsabilita'. Cosa ancora peggiore, il giorno della partenza volevano che firmassero che NOI avevamo causato danni, e quando mi sono rifiutato, hanno cercato di bloccare il taxi gridando "allora te ne stai in Grecia e non ti facciamo partire!" Essenzialmente, hanno cercato di tenerci ostaggi. Davvero pazzesco.
