Beautiful boat trip, with correct services, with the exception of the ladder (difficulties in deploying it). The welcome/briefing by Florian left something to be desired, however. Condescending, anxiety-inducing and unpleasant. I felt like an idiot. On the other hand, Hugo who took us out of the port and welcomed us back was pleasant and friendly.
Belle promenade en bateau, aux prestations correctes, à l exception de l échelle (difficultés à la déployer). L accueil/briefing par Florian laissa quelque peu à désirer néanmoins. Condescendant, anxiogène et peu agréable. Je me suis senti comme présumé abruti. En revanche, Hugo qui nous a sorti du port et accueilli au retour était agréable et avenant.
