It was a different boat from the one advertised and there was no notification at all until we arrived at the boat!!

The boat returned to port the evening before, and on the day of your trip, during safety checks, we noticed that the stuffing boxes were leaking, even though they were brand new. We tried to find a solution to accommodate you and not spoil your day. We learned that the boat we used also had some issues. This is truly unfortunate, and we are offering you a 25% discount on a future trip with the planned boat. It will be repaired by July 15th and will be at your disposal.
