We had a wonderful week aboard our charter sailboat, Atlántica. A big thank you to Pavel from Cruesa for his warm welcome and efficiency during the handover. The dockside service was impeccable, as was the marina itself, which was very well-equipped and pleasant.
We particularly appreciated the pre-departure phone call and the grocery delivery directly to the boat: very high-quality products and punctual delivery, a real plus for a stress-free start to our cruise.
The boat was in excellent condition, from the deck and equipment to the bed linens and towels, which were perfectly clean. One small suggestion for improvement: a GPS at the exterior helm station would be welcome, as well as larger-scale paper nautical charts to facilitate planning.
Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you to the whole team!
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à bord de notre voilier de location Atlántica. Un grand merci à Pavel de la compagnie Cruesa pour son accueil chaleureux et son efficacité lors de la prise en main du bateau. Le service à quai a été irréprochable, tout comme la Marina, très bien équipée et agréable.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil téléphonique en amont ainsi que la livraison de courses directement à bord : produits de très bonne qualité et livraison ponctuelle , un vrai plus pour démarrer sereinement la croisière.
Le bateau était en excellent état de propreté, aussi bien au niveau du pont et des équipements que du linge de lit et des serviettes, parfaitement propres.
Petit point d'amélioration à signaler : un GPS au poste de pilotage extérieur serait bienvenu, ainsi que des cartes de navigation papier à plus grande échelle pour faciliter la planification.
Dans l’ensemble, une très belle expérience. Merci à toute l’équipe !
