- They told us that the anchor chain was marked every 10 meters, but this was not the case. They then claimed they didn't know how it was marked because the person who marked it no longer worked for the company.
- With two days remaining in the crossing, they sent us a message stating that we were sailing without insurance because we hadn't paid the deposit and that we had to pay again, which was incorrect. We sent proof of payment, but they didn't even respond.

- A falta de dos dias de terminar la travesia nos envian un mensaje de que llevamos el barco sin seguro porque no hemos pagado la fianza, y que teniamos que pagar de nuevo, siendo esto incorrecto. Enviamos el resguardo del pago, pero ni respondieron.
- No es una empresa fiable que responda ante las incidencias. En el check in tb vimos otros problemas con otros clientes que estaban indignados.
