"Very disappointing experience. The boat advertised for 12 people turned out to be much smaller than expected. The rented towable tube was flat and patched up with repair kits. During a routine check by the maritime gendarmerie, several violations were noted: absence of the second wired kill switch, mandatory since December 2023, as well as the mandatory orange flag for towable tube activities. Therefore, we could not enjoy this activity, which significantly impacted our day. Finally, a 2-meter rope was mistakenly taken by the gendarmerie. Despite our explanations and the fact that a simple call would have allowed us to retrieve it, the owner and his son insisted that we pay €30, under the threat of cashing our deposit of €2,500. I have been renting boats for several years and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. Between the safety rule violations and the handling of the dispute, I do not recommend."

Expérience très décevante. Le bateau annoncé pour 12 personnes s’est révélé bien plus petit que prévu. La bouée tractée louée était crevée et réparée avec des rustines. Lors d’un simple contrôle de routine de la gendarmerie maritime, plusieurs manquements ont été constatés : absence du deuxième coupe-circuit filaire, obligatoire depuis décembre 2023, ainsi que du pavillon orange obligatoire pour la pratique de la bouée tractée. Nous n’avons donc pas pu profiter de cette activité, ce qui a fortement impacté notre journée. Enfin, une corde de 2 mètres a été récupérée par erreur par la gendarmerie. Malgré nos explications et le fait qu’un simple appel aurait permis de la récupérer, le propriétaire et son fils nous ont imposé de payer 30 €, sous la menace d’encaisser notre caution de 2 500 €. Je loue des bateaux depuis plusieurs années et c’est la première fois que je rencontre une telle situation.Entre les manquements aux règles de sécurité et la gestion du litige, je ne recommande pas
