Eric was fantastic. He took a group of 5 of us on a half day charter out towards the Île de Re. Unfortunately there was not much wind but that did not stop us having a great day with him fishing, relaxing and enjoying a great day. Thanks Eric and we will see you again soon!

Jonathan, was a perfect host explaining all the local conditions with the river and out to sea. We hired sea ray with 4 adults and 4 teenagers with Boulee ( ringo) and travelled on calm sea to st Jean de luz. The boat was tidy and fully operational with no issues had speedo, depth meter, sun shade, steps, pump for ringo and all safety measures. Jonathan was on the phone all the time if we needed him. No issues with finances at all with a picture being sent of the cancellation of pre authorised deposit. Many thanks Jonathan.

Pleasant and without any particular difficulty, except the pontoons before the locks which are often a little limited and sometimes even lack real mooring possibilities...

Really pleasant sailing area, mostly sheltered thanks to the island of Oléron. Many points of interest to discover (Fort Boyard, Ile d'Aix, Ile d'Oléron with its small marina in Boyardville, Ile de Ré, ...). Very pleasant also to sail near other magnificent sailboats quite numerous in the bay.

When the sea is a little rough, it is rather advisable to go towards the north (the Landes beaches). The coast is less original, seen from the sea but the return will be easier....
