E-mail notifications not received

According to the selected criteria, SamBoat will keep you informed of new messages and the progress of your rentals, thanks to notifications from the app, by emails and/or by text messages. 

 

First, please check the inbox associated with your SamBoat account in order to verify that it is not full, or to see if the emails are not directly directed to your spams

 

Then, you can verify the notifications settings chosen through My account > Notifications.
