If your rental is not subject to an automatic refund, you will receive an automatic email from firstname.lastname@example.org in which you will be invited to confirm in writing the cancellation and the reason for it within 48 hours from the sending of the email. It is important that you respond to this email so that our cancellation department can contact you as soon as possible. If you haven't received anything, you can check your spam inbox.
If there is no response within 48 hours of cancellation, the cancellations department can make a decision on the situation or contact you again by email at the address linked to your SamBoat account for more information.
If you have not received an email after your cancellation request, you can check the status of your reservation from your account to follow the progress, or you can contact them directly at the following email: email@example.com. It is necessary to contact them from the same email address linked to your SamBoat account and indicate the reference of the canceled reservation in their email.
In high season, cancellations usually take several working days to process, so wait for the cancellations department to contact you if you have already confirmed the cancellation. The cancellation department does not have a direct telephone line, since a cancellation requires a written record for the management of the file.
