Once you have completed your rental, you can leave a review of your experience. To do this, log in to your account and go to the booking page. You will then see the "leave a comment" button.
You will then be able to rate several criteria and leave a comment to the owner about your rental. The different categories you can rate are :
Conformity of the boat
Condition of the boat
Comfort on board
Accessibility
Welcome and communication
Value for money
Any user can reply to a review by going to your account, in "my reviews" and in "received". A "leave a public reply" button is available.
Please note that any abuse will result in the immediate deletion of your account.
