Je me rends auprès du prestataire et là surprise : le bateau est déjà loué car Sambaot n'a pas transmis ma réservation au loueur. Pas d'intérêt de passer par ce site qui encaisse 27% de la loc au loueur et 12€ au locataire et qui n'assume pas ses erreurs. Mais grâce au professionnalisme de Charlotte nous avons passé une journée magique en Famille.
