Globalement passable mais on perd complètement le sentiment d'être un client pourtant on a quand même loué un voilier à 2500 € la semaine. Un exemple : il nous a été demandé de réaliser le check du bateau seul sans accompagnateur de Dream Yacht, comme ça nous pouvions "chercher chaque élément et nous approprier le bateau" et "remettez les affaires sur le pont svp ça gène sur le bateau lors du check". Et à chaque demande avoir l'impression de les déranger. En fait la Direction de Dream Yacht devrait revoir son positionnement vis à vis de l'expérience client.

Excellent, le bateau était en très bon état. Seul un dysfonctionnement au niveau des jauges mais cela n'a pas été un problème pour notre séjour. Bateau confortable, spacieux. Très bon service du personnel technique à quai. Location en toute confiance que je renouvellerai sans souci.
