Each crew member received a certificate for the sailing trip. I'd never experienced that before, and my sailing crew really appreciated it. It was a shame that towels weren't included in the service package. I ended up paying €115 for towels, but we never received them. I received a full refund upon my return without any problems.
A major drawback was that the depth sounder only worked sporadically. This is dangerous, especially when anchoring, as you need to know the exact depth.

Schade war, dass im Servicepack die Handtücher nicht inbegriffen waren. So hatte ich dann 115€ für die Handtücher gezahlt. Dennoch haben wir die Handtücher nicht bekommen. Den Betrag habe ich bei meiner Rückkehr anstandslos zurück erhalten.
Ein großes Manko war, dass der Tiefenmesser nur sporadisch funktioniert hat. Das ist gefährlich, gerade beim Ankern benötigt man die genau Tiefe.
