We are extremely disappointed with this boat rental company and cannot recommend it. We booked a 40 hp boat but only received a 30 hp boat. In the end, we were charged €140 for what we claimed was 45 liters of fuel. In our estimation, we only used about 20 liters. Furthermore, we couldn't start until 11:00 AM instead of the agreed-upon 10:00 AM, resulting in an hour less cruising time. What's particularly frustrating is that the SamBoat advertisement stated that fuel was included. I specifically inquired about this before booking and only received the response "Deal." Naturally, I assumed that fuel was included in the price. In addition, I only received a receipt for the €90 card payment. No receipt was issued for the additional €50 paid in cash. We felt this was neither fair nor transparent customer service. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this boat rental company.

Wir sind von diesem Bootsverleih maßlos enttäuscht und können ihn nicht empfehlen. Gebucht hatten wir ein 40-PS-Boot, erhalten haben wir jedoch nur ein 30-PS-Boot. Am Ende wurden uns 140 € für angeblich 45 Liter Kraftstoff berechnet. Nach unserer Einschätzung haben wir nur etwa 20 Liter verbraucht. Zudem konnten wir erst um 11:00 Uhr statt wie vereinbart um 10:00 Uhr starten und hatten somit sogar eine Stunde weniger Fahrzeit. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass in der SamBoat-Anzeige stand, der Kraftstoff sei inklusive. Vor der Buchung habe ich dies ausdrücklich nachgefragt und als Antwort lediglich „Deal“ erhalten. Dadurch bin ich selbstverständlich davon ausgegangen, dass der Kraftstoff im Preis enthalten ist. Außerdem erhielt ich nur einen Beleg über die Kartenzahlung von 90 €. Für die zusätzlich bar bezahlten 50 € wurde keine Quittung ausgestellt. Für uns war das kein fairer und transparenter Umgang mit Kunden. Leider können wir diesen Bootsverleih daher nicht weiterempfehlen.
