The ship handover was very bad, the gentleman had almost no time, GPS didn't work, this man just said you'll figure it out. GPS never worked and you all know how important that is!! Dishes dirty and not even the same dishes for 6 people! Terrible! Some lines in very bad condition, almost torn, one of the refrigerators was difficult to open, top bar broken, oven didn't work at all.
The battery was almost always empty, whistled all night
Unfortunately this ship wasn't cleaned properly, there were still chips everywhere, bathrooms still a few hairs in the sink, but nobody had time. We already know what's going on in the harbor, clean and hand over!
But the ship cost 3700.00, for that we expect everything to be clean and above all to work.
On Tuesday the rudder blade broke and the service was top notch, quick help
But we still expect a refund with these defects.

Schiffübergabe war sehr schlecht, der Herr hatte fast keine Zeit, GPS funktionierte nicht, diese Mann hat nur gesagt, ihr findet dass schon heraus . GPS hat nie funktioniert und ihr wisst alle, wie wichtig das ist!! Geschirr dreckig und nicht mal für 6 Personen das gleiche Geschirr! Schlimm! Einige Leinen im sehr schlechten Zustand, fast gerissen, der eine Kühlschrank schwierig zum öffnen, obere Leiste kaputt, Backofen funktionierte überhaupt nicht.
Batterie war fast immer leer, pfiff die ganze Nacht
Leider wurde dieses Schiff nicht richtig geputzt , noch Pommes Chips überall, Bäder noch einige Haare im Spülbecken, aber es hatte ja niemand Zeit. Wir wissen schon, was im Hafen los ist, putzen und übergeben!
Aber das Schiff kostete 3700.00, für das erwarten wir schon, dass alles sauber ist und vor allem funktioniert.
Dienstag ging das Ruderblatt kaputt und da war der Service top, schnelle Hilfe
Aber trotzdem erwarten wir eine Rückerstattung mit diesen Mängel.
