The communication and the entire process were excellent. A huge thank you to Benjamin – a truly fantastic skipper! He took great care of us and made our day on the water a wonderful one.
However, what really bothers me is this: I specifically asked what was included before booking. I was assured that beer, soft drinks, water, and Prosecco were included. But none of that was included when I arrived. I complained about this afterward, but haven't received a response to this day.
That's completely unacceptable. If services are promised, they should be delivered. It's a real shame, because without this issue, it would have been a clear 5 stars, thanks to Benjamin.
Die Kommunikation und der gesamte Ablauf waren super. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an Benjamin – ein wirklich toller Skipper! Er hat sich super um uns gekümmert und uns einen richtig schönen Tag auf dem Wasser ermöglicht.
Was mich allerdings extrem stört: Ich habe vor der Buchung ausdrücklich nachgefragt, was inklusive ist. Mir wurde bestätigt, dass Bier, Softdrinks, Wasser und Prosecco enthalten sind. Vor Ort war davon jedoch nichts inklusive. Ich habe das anschließend auch beanstandet, aber bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
So etwas geht für mich gar nicht. Wenn Leistungen zugesagt werden, sollten sie auch eingehalten werden. Wirklich schade, denn ohne diesen Punkt hätte es wegen Benjamin ganz klar 5 Sterne gegeben.
