La barca, Elan impression 45.1 Sea Cloud 3 del 2020 nel complesso era in buone condizioni, anche se alcune cose facevano trasparire una manutenzione forse un po’ frettolosa, ed in particolare, le viti dei cardini degli sportelli degli armadietti necessitavano tutte di essere strette; lo stesso problema si presentava con gli oblò delle cabine di poppa che erano vistosamente rovinati.
Nonostante nella crew list fosse stato specificato il peso dei bambini, non ci sono stati forniti i salvagente adeguati, la cassetta degli attrezzi era molto scarna.
La cosa a mio avviso più grave è che l’assistenza fosse davvero pessima, in quanto, a seguito di telefonata per la sostituzione di una luce di via che si era rotta ( guasto su impianto elettrico già segnalato al check in, con sostituzione della stessa luce), mi è stato risposto che non c’era un gommone disponibile per raggiungerci e fare la riparazione (eravamo poco fuori dal porto di Lussinpiccolo, dove non c’era possibilità di ormeggio).
