We had a one way charter from Rhodes to Kos - very helpful / knowledgeable staff in Rhodes base, but several of the male staff at the Kos base were rude and spent a lot of time shouting at one another, which created a very poor impression. They also didn't appear to be at all interested in hearing about the issues we had with the yacht.
The yacht we chartered was quite old and had some issues with the log / autohelm and bow thruster. The manager of the Rhodes base was very responsive in trying to resolve the problems during our charter. None of the issues was serious, and did not impact the enjoyment of our holiday. The Dodecanese is a a great cruising area - we particularly enjoyed visiting Nisyros whilst sitting out a meltimi!
