I would say, technically it was all right. But I was extremely poorly instructed on the local rules. Due to that I was fined by the police and the shipowner didn't return half of the deposit claiming he could be fined later on. This sum was twice more than the rental price. Unfortunately this all did seem like an intended fraud with the due clause in the agreement and very unclear instruction.
