Attrezzatura piuttosto buona, peschereccio di 5 anni, non nuovissimo ma ben tenuto e conoscevamo l'età della barca, quindi nessun problema. Ma il contatto con il cliente è stato deplorevole. Il personale di Ionian Catamaran ha pochissimo rispetto, a volte è molto scortese e tratta i clienti come bestiame. Ci hanno lasciato un'impressione molto spiacevole ed è un peccato perché questo sito di navigazione è magnifico. Per loro, tutto ruota intorno al business e anche quando gli facciamo questa osservazione al ritorno, risolvono il problema rimborsandoci parte dell'imbarco anticipato di 180 euro (tra l'altro una truffa perché siamo partiti alle 20:15 invece che alle 14:00) e facendoci firmare una rinuncia al risarcimento...
. mai visto! Ma nessuna scusa, niente... maleducati senza scrupoli. Questa agenzia è da evitare nonostante il loro buon servizio tecnico.
plutôt bon matériel, trawler de 5 ans pas très neuf mais bien entretenu et on savait l age du bateau donc pas de problème. Mais le contact client a été déplorable. Les gens de Ionian Catamaran ont très peu de respect, sont parfois très impolis et traitent leurs clients comme du betail. Ils nous laissent une impression très désagréable et c est dommage car ce site de navigation est magnifique. Pour eux tout tourne autour du business et même quand au retour on leur fait cette remarque ils la résolvent en nous remboursant une partie de l embarquement anticipé de 180 e ( par ailleurs une arnaque car nous sommes partis a 20h15 au lieu de 14h ) et en nous faisant signer une décharge de compensation..
.jamais vu ça ! mais aucune excuse, rien...des rustres sans état d ame. cette agence est à éviter malgré leur bonne prestation technique.
