Management of the deposit: Managed directly by the owner

The owner has chosen to manage the deposit directly during the rental. Do not pay any deposit before seeing the boat and the owner.

Cancellation Policy: Personalised

If the Client cancels the charter within thirty (30) days or less before the commencement of the Charter Period, one hundred percent (100%) of the charter price shall be non-refundable. In the event that any instalment or deposit remains unpaid at the time of cancellation, the Owner shall retain the right to claim the outstanding amounts from the Client.
If the Client cancels the charter more than thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the Charter Period, the Owner shall be entitled to retain all deposits or instalments paid by the Client up to the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation by the Owner, the Owner shall reimburse the Client for all deposits paid, directly or through the Agent, as of the date of cancellation.
