The day went well overall. Miko told us there was water for showers on the boat. In the end, they didn't provide any water, and we weren't able to shower. He told me he'd give me a discount; he never sent me anything, which is why I'm giving it a two-star rating on the website; it specifies the port of Rotondo.
Once we booked, we realized we were at the very end of Porto Rotondo; it already took ages to get out of the port.
As for sightseeing, we were far from all the beautiful beaches in the surrounding area.

per il rimborso della doccia non funzionante poteva mandarci un messaggio, purtroppo per le elevate prenotazioni può capitare che ci siamo dimenticati di farle una piccola cortesia commerciale.
per il resto, il nostro porto risulta a porto rotondo , non essendo del posto posso capire la sua lamentela.
per le spiaggie , la nostra posizione è molto strategica in costa smeralda vicino a tutte le meravigliose spiaggie della costa smeralda.
Non capisco lei dove abbia navigato quel giorno.
Mi dispiace per la recensione che ha lasciato.
Quando si naviga in acque che non si conoscono le consiglio vivamente per la prossima esperienza di affidarsi ad uno skipper che la condurrà per le nostre meravigliose baie piuttosto di navigare alla ceca.

LIAR AND THIEF. Horrible experience. First he promises prosecco and a speaker. Neither is available. After some time we get a speaker. Then, after some time driving his very dirty boat, the engine completely short circuits when we are in the middle of the harbour drifting towards the rocks. There is apparently a problem with either the battery or a fuse. He admits the problem is caused by his battery or fuse but still tries to take the full deposit from us based on some information that he never told us (apparently, we should have anchored in the very short period of time between the engine failing and us beaching - actually his instructions were to contact him ASAP with any problems and await his advice - nothing about an anchor). This man is a liar and a cheat. If everything goes well, maybe you will have a nice experience. But if any problems, expect this man to act like a mafia and steal from you and threaten to fight you. Completely ridiculous.

Dear Ms. Thomas, you are a very arrogant and very mean person.
The lady in question after having caused damage to the boat, invented everything just to avoid paying for the damage caused.
I feel sorry for Ms. Thomas that in four years of rental this is my first bad review not through my fault.
The facts went like this:
the new dinghy with a fantastic engine, at about 5:50 pm the lady had a problem with a fuse, which however not through our fault, but due to an electrical problem, the engine blocked the first thing the lady had to do was throw it away.
My intervention was very prompt in about two minutes and instead she got dragged after many minutes of being stationary directly on the rocks.
I cannot lose out because of my lack of intelligence

We rented a boat for a day. The boat was very well maintained and in perfect technical condition. Communication, picking up and returning the boat went smoothly. We can recommend Mirko and his team without reservation. The next time we rent a boat, we will definitely visit Mirko again.
