I am dissatisfied with the dockside location, which is located right next to the shoal, with a high probability of propeller failure, the repair of which would be at the customer's expense.
I am dissatisfied with the port service because, due to the broken shower, I asked for the possibility of showering in the marina or for drinking water on the dockside. In both cases, I was denied, as these services are for the exclusive use of boat owners and not the charterer.
I am dissatisfied with the post-rental service because I did not refuel. I was told they would send me a receipt showing the amount refueled, but I was only charged for the cost.
Personale disponibile soprattutto nell'attesa dovuta al mio ritardo causato da rallentamenti stradali.
Non sono soddisfatto dell'imbarcazione consegnata con doccino rotto, porte USB ossidate e quindi inutilizzabili e imbarcazione sporca.
Non sono soddisfatto del posto banchina, situato a ridosso della secca con alta probabilità di rottura delle eliche la cui riparazione sarebbe a carico del cliente.
Non sono soddisfatto del servizio del porto in quanto, a causa del doccino rotto, ho chiesto la possibilità di fare la doccia nel porticciolo o comunque con il servizio acqua potabile a bordo banchina. In ambedue i casi ho ricevuto risposta negativa in quanto tali servizi sono ad esclusivo utilizzo dei proprietari delle imbarcazioni e non da parte di chi noleggia.
Non sono soddisfatto del servizio post noleggio in quanto non ho effettuato carburante, mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero inviato ricevuta con l'evidenza di quanto rifornito ma mi è stato solo addebitato solo il costo.
