Luigi's team, Dream Boat, was great and accommodating. The boat is excellent.
I took out a star for 2 reasons:
- The third day, they gave me a dinghy instead of the regular boat. That's a downgrade that I didn't appreciate.
- I needed to cancel the 4th day (before even the rental started), but I couldn't. They said it's because it's reserved through SamBoat. So I ended up paying an extra day of rental. That's a service paid but not rendered. Not fair.
