However, I don’t understand why someone would offer a boat rental when they know there are very strong waves.
We also informed the staff that we don’t have a boating license and absolutely no experience operating a boat.
Despite this, the boat was still offered to us.
We used it for a maximum of 30 minutes, as it was absolutely impossible to drive the boat in such wave conditions.
Still, the full amount of €250 was charged.
Not even a partial refund was offered.
A second request for a refund was also immediately rejected.
