I was very satisfied with the Sam Boat agency, especially with the contact person, Ms. Knott.
She addressed every question that arose immediately and kept me informed; for this, I give 5 stars.
The charter company, Carta Sayling, wasn't so great. The sanitary facilities in the marina were very dirty.
When we took possession of the boat, it wasn't clean. The only exception was the galley, which was clean.
We had to wait an hour until someone came with a small cleaning rag and spent 10 minutes wiping the stains and food scraps off the tables and in the galley.
So it came to pass that our four wives spent two hours cleaning the boat.
Oven, dishes, the entire flooring, upper and lower decks, etc.
The grill we had ordered in advance was also missing. It was only brought on board after we asked for it.
The assistance with docking was excellent.

Mit der Argentur Sam Boat war ich sehr zufrieden hauptsächlich mit der Bearbeiterin Frau Knott.
Sie hatte jede aufkommende Frage sofort bearbeitet und mich Informiert hierfür gebe ich 5 STERNE.
Der Charterer Carta Sayling war nicht so toll. Sanitäranlagen im Jachthafen
sehr verschmutzt.
Als wir das Boot Übernahmen war das Boot nicht sauber. Ausnahme die Torletten die waren Sauber.
Wir mußten eine Stunde warten bis dann jemand mit einem kleinen Putzlumpen kam und 10 Min. die Flecken und Essenreste von den Tischen und Küche weg wischte.
So kam es da unsere vier Frauen
Zwei Stunden klar Schiff machten.
Backofen, Geschirr, Kompletter Fußboden Ober- Unterdeck usw.
Auch hat der Grill gefehlt den wir im Vorfeld bestellt haben. Der wurde erst bei Nachfrage aufs Boot gebracht.
Super war die Hilfe bei Anlegen.
